About this site and who we are
This website is operated by BRIS LLC DBA TexPro Insurance ("TexPro," "we," "us"), an independent insurance agency licensed in Texas only. Texas agency license #2797240. Principal agent: Zackary Baldwin, Texas Agent License #2204613. Office: 2100 W Loop S, Floor 8, Houston, TX 77027. Phone (346) 547-7203 · Email [email protected].
We offer property and casualty insurance for Texas families and businesses. We do not offer insurance outside Texas, and we do not offer life, health or employee-benefits insurance on this site.
No coverage until confirmed in writing
Submitting a quote request, contacting us, or receiving a quote or estimate does not bind coverage. Coverage is not in force until TexPro Insurance confirms it in writing (and, where applicable, the insurance company issues or binds the policy). All coverage is subject to underwriting approval, eligibility, payment of premium and the terms of the policy.
Quotes and estimates
Any quote, premium indication or coverage summary we provide is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final premium, eligibility and terms are determined by the insurance company. Figures may change if information is incomplete, inaccurate or updated.
General information only; policy language controls
Coverage descriptions, articles and other content on this site are general information for educational purposes. They are not a contract, not a complete description of coverage, and not legal, tax or accounting advice. The actual policy language controls. Not all coverages, limits or insurance companies are available in every situation. Availability and terms vary by insurer, underwriting and Texas law.
No advice without a review of your situation
Nothing on this site is personal advice about your specific risk, policy or claim. Recommendations require a conversation with a licensed Texas agent and a review of your facts, current coverage and documents. Always read your policy and declarations page.
Texas licensing
TexPro Insurance and its producing agents are licensed in Texas. You can verify licenses with the Texas Department of Insurance license lookup (appscenter.tdi.texas.gov). We do not solicit or sell insurance in other states through this website.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in quote requests and applications, to review policy documents we send you, and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site or misuse any form or contact channel.
Third-party links and tools
This site may link to third-party sites (for example the Texas Department of Insurance) and may embed third-party tools (for example our quote form hosted by 123FormBuilder). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
Intellectual property
Text, design, logos and original graphics on this site are owned by TexPro or used under license. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission, except for fair use or other rights allowed by law. Our logo must appear on a light background or white plate and must not be recolored.
Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, TexPro and its owners, agents and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for claims arising out of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100), except that this limit does not apply to liability that Texas law does not allow to be limited, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct where such a waiver would be unenforceable.
This limitation does not reduce any rights you have under an insurance policy we place for you; those rights are governed by the policy and applicable insurance law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TexPro and its owners, agents and employees from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of this website, your submission of false information, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, are the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or this website, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under Texas law.
